At MKnivesCreations, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below before requesting a return.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Include all accessories, documentation, and original contents (if applicable).
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a return.

How to Request a Return

Please include:

Your order number
Your full name
The reason for your return request
Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive:

A damaged item
A defective product
An incorrect item

please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with photographs and your order number so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:

Custom made or personalized products.
Engraved or specially customized items.
Products that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.
Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (where stated).
Gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before returning your order.

Where an exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original item before processing the replacement order.

Product availability may affect exchange requests.

European Union Customers

For orders delivered to countries within the European Union, customers may have additional cancellation or withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where these rights apply, eligible customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the returned item remains unused, in its original condition, and is returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

If you have not received your refund after a reasonable processing period following approval, please contact us for assistance.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by MKnivesCreations, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

If a return is approved due to an incorrect item, defective product, or another error on our part, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they enter production or shipment.

Once an order has entered production, packaging, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Custom made or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
